Our History
Mal obtained his builders licence in 1992 which then led him into the building and pest inspection field. Mal started operating the business in 1997 carrying out 1 to 2 inspections a week. Over time the company built up to 14 inspections per week.
OFF AND RACING!
Mal then went on to enjoy a long and successful career. His company soon became much busier and the first office opened in Aerodrome Road, Maroochydore in 1998.
GROWING WITH THE SUNSHINE COAST
20 years later with a much bigger office (still located on Aerodrome Road) and 3 full time friendly and helpful office staff taking calls and preparing reports, inspections have increased immensely to match the growth of the Sunshine Coast.
